QUINN, Robert John - at the Ross Memorial Hospital , after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, January 30, 2007. He was in his 63rd year. Beloved husband of Barbara McDonald and the late Cheryl Dure (1971). Dear father to Mike and his partner Sharon of Omemee, Robbie and his wife MaryLee of Beaverton and Jason and his wife Ashley of Saskatoon. Stepfather to Rob Dawson and his partner Krista of Oshawa, Rochelle O'Brien and her husband Patrick of Lindsay and Randy Dawson, predeceased. Brother of Lynda Bickell, and Barbara Miladenovic of Lindsay, Jan Strath and Murray Quinn of Uptergrove, Doug Quinn of Fenelon Falls, and their families, and the late Bill Quinn and his family. Grandfather to Brooke, Devin, Clayton, Joline, McKenzie and Austin Quinn, Tyler and Paityne Dawson and Delanie Strath. Also lovingly remembered by his Aunt Jean and Aunt Elsie, nieces, nephews and many friends. Special thanks to Dr. Petrosoniak and the nurses on the Palliative Care Unit at Ross Memorial Hospital , as well as Reverend Denise Boyd for her support. Visitation at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street , Lindsay on Thursday, February 1st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at the Valentia United Church on Friday, February 2nd, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow.
