THOMSON; Bruce William – Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Sunday, April 23rd at the Ross Memorial Hospital. Bruce in his 72nd year was the cherished husband, best friend and high school sweetheart to Donna (née Spicer). Loving father of Craig (Cheryl Hanna) and Cheryl (Joshua) Baxter. Devoted grandfather of Nathan Kendrick, Jeffrey Thomson; Rachel, Emily and Charlie Baxter. Loving companion of Chelsea. Brother Gary (Leah Vicente), Sister Janice (Larry) Black. Sister-in-law Debbie (Denis) Bergeron. Cherished friend of Tammy, Andrea and Brianna McEachern. Missed by his family in Darlington, England and remembered by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends. Memorial Visitation will take place at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Wednesday, April 26th from 7:00 until 9:00p.m. and Thursday, April 27th from 12:30 until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital Complex Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
