Mildred Adella Brown – Peacefully entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Sunday, July 30, 2017. Mildred Cochrane, at the age of 92, was the beloved wife of the late Lloyd Brown (2004). Loving mother of Ray Brown (Mary), Arlene Carnes (the late Jack), and Don Brown (MaryLou). She was the cherished grandmother of Denise (Paul), Carl, Kevin (Jennifer), Sam (Eva) and Kate (Ryan); great-grandmother of Riley, Owen, Rachel and Charlotte. Mildred is survived by her sister Audrey, and brothers Allan and Jim; she was predeceased by Velma and Don. She will be remembered always by the Cochrane, Brown and Chapman families. At the request of Mildred there will be no formal service just an afternoon for Family and Friends. Interment took place at Pontypool Cemetery. If desired memorial donations to the Pontypool United Church, would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328-2721).
