Ruth Rae Eyers (Stephens)
Ruth Rae Eyers, entered into rest at Caressant Care Nursing Home with her family at her side. Ruth Stephens was the beloved wife of Laverne Eyers for 69 years. Loved mother of Anne Flora (Stewart), Bob (Stella) Eyers, Tom (Cheryl), Louise (Ken) Scully, Grace (Harold) Reeds, Paul (Donna) Eyers also daughter in law Judy Eyers and Mari Gill-Eyers. Predeceased by her sons John and Danny. Cherished by her 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Fondly remembered by her many cousins, nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to call at the Mackey Funeral Home Monday April 16th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Riverside Cemetery Lindsay. Memorial donations to the Kawartha Lakes Humane Society or the Alzheimer Society can be made at the funeral home or online at www.mackeys.ca
