Burton, Lionel “Frank” – Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the age of 84. Frank is the beloved husband of Jean Burton in their 63rd year of marriage. Cherished father of Pamela Attwood, Ed Burton (Margaret), Heather “Leah” Burton (Vic), Lori Stephenson (John), Cynthia Burton Ogden (Scott) and Crystal Bradshaw (Peter). Dear grandfather of Christina Bissell (Tom), Ryan and Megan Burton; Brittaney Attwood; Kendra and Breanna Stephenson; Benjamin and Alexandria Ogden; Eric and Madelyn Bradshaw. Great-grandfather of Sam, Darby and Gavin Bissell. Brother of the late Betty Wright (Don). Frank will be missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Family and friends are invited to St. Paul’s Anglican Church on Saturday, February 3rd from 12:00 until time of funeral service at 1:00p.m. Reception to follow in the church hall. A private family interment will take place at Mount Lawn Cemetery, Whitby. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street Lindsay. If desired, a memorial donation to St. Paul’s Anglican Church or the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation – Dialysis Unit would be appreciated by the family.
