Condolence: Nicole, we want you to know how saddened we were to hear of Phil's passing. I know things haven't exactly been great over the past years but all that pales into insignificance with what has happened. I hope you will accept our condolences in the spirit they are truly meant. We were both shocked and saddened to hear of Phil's passing. We were neighbor's since you moved to Little Britain and until we moved last year. Always a smile and a wave from both of you as you went to and from work. Many chats with Phil about various things.
