LOCKE John Franklin 1926- 2018
As a result of an accident on January 9th John entered into rest Friday January 19, 2018 at St. Michaels Hospital, Toronto in his 92nd year. John was the loved husband of Margaret Stevens Mollon for 27 years. Son of the late Walter and Laura Locke. John was the father of Brenda Thiessen (Marvin), Adele Killaby (Tom) and Janice Kieft and father in law of Laurene Locke. Predeceased by his son Rodney Locke (2017) and the mother of his children Melba Whitehead. Grandfather of Darren Locke (Lorelei Downs), Darcy (Brandi) Locke, Duane Killaby (Amanda) and Nicole Gellow (Steve) . Great grandfather of Riley and Ethan Locke, Scott and Hailey Locke, Grayson and Ryder Gellow and Sierra and Jared Killaby. Dear brother of Bill Locke (Carol), Joe Locke (Carol), brother in law of Ben (Rhona) Stevens, Evelyne English, Jim (Bev) Stevens and Charlie (Evey) Stevens also predeceased by his sister Marion and her husband Jim Sandison, brother Doug Locke and brother in law Alwyn English. John will be missed by Sully “his Boy” his faithful golden Pal, his nieces, nephews, extended family and his many friends. Visitation from St Andrews Presbyterian Church on Friday January 26 from 10:00 until time of service at 12:00 . Interment at Riverside Cemetery Lindsay.
