LISTER, Brian – Suddenly entered into rest on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay. Brian, in his 71st year, was the beloved husband of Doris Lister. Loving father of Ron Lister (Sherry), and loved dearly by his very special granddaughter of Skyler Lister. Brian is survived by his brother Lorne Lister (Joanne) and sister Joan Button (the late Jim McIntyre), and brothers-in-law Donald Hughes (Carol), George Jr. Hughes, and John Hughes. He will be forever remembered by his nephew Douglas Button, and nieces Sherry Landsdowne, Kristina Lister, and Sherri Reesor (Matt). Brian will be missed by his friend John Lester and his cat Luna. Visitation will take place at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay on Saturday, March 17, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. until time of Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. Family interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay. Reception will be at Celebrations. If desired memorial donations to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated by the family.
