Margereson, James (Jim) Bryan - Passed away suddenly at Victoria Manor, Lindsay on March 24, 2018 in his 88th year. Jim was a devoted husband of the late Wilma Margereson (née Conn) and the late Agnes Nancy Margereson (née Jones). He will be missed by his step-daughter, Lorna Aberdein and family, as well as his many friends. Jim was known for his witty sense of humour, his entertaining stories and his vast knowledge of history. He was a British Army Veteran, a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Legion and a Freemason. Cremation has taken place. All are welcome to a Celebration of Life at the Royal Canadian Legion, 12 York St N, Lindsay on Sunday, April 8TH from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with a service at 2:30 p.m. If desired, a memorial donation to the Royal Canadian Legion, Sir Sam Hughes Branch #67 would be appreciated. Donations can be made through Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street Lindsay.
