Dick passed away peacefully on June 19, 2019 in Lindsay, Ontario at the age of 87. He is survived by his loving wife Helen for over 63 years. Loving father of Cindy (David), Doug (Deb) and Bruce (Michelle). Dear Grandpa to Scott (Lynsey), Cameron, Matthew (Sophie), Adam (Coralie), Kristen (Kyle), Brendan (Kelsey), Allyson, Josh and Reese. Dick was an executive at Gulf Oil throughout his career and spent many years building and enjoying the family cottage on Four Mile Lake. In retirement, Dick and Helen enjoyed their winter time at Bay Island in St. Petersburg, Florida. A special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at Ross Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion. Family and friends will be received at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Saturday, June 22nd from10:00am until the funeral service in the chapel which begins at 11:00am.
