OUR CHAPEL

Although our chapel is not intended to compete against the reverence and respect of the church, it has been tastefully designed as an option for those who do not wish a formal church setting. Conveniently located within the funeral home, it provides a dignified setting for family, friends and the community to gather together and pay tribute to the deceased.

MACKEY FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL
The chapel was constructed in 1938 by Wagstaff Bricks and local contractors.  Linden's grandfather recognized the need for a facility to properly honour the life of the deceased.
CHAPEL - VIEW FROM THE FRONT OF OUR CHAPEL
Antique lighting and glass create a comfortable setting for any type of funeral or memorial service.
CHAPEL - SEATING
Our chapel can accommodate 150 persons comfortably.  For larger services we have additional seating in our family room and other rooms within our facility.  Services can be heard throughout the main floor rooms of the funeral home to allow for friends to hear the service, even if not seated directly in the chapel.
CHAPEL - STAINED GLASS WINDOWS
The many stained glass windows create an antique setting in our funeral home.
