Obituary for Alice de Jong

de Jong, Aalke “Alice” – Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Sunday, March 10, 2019. Alice in her 92nd year, was the beloved wife of the late John (2004). Loving mother of Dinah Wilson (Bob) and Jenny Boden (Don). Cherished Grandma of Paul Wilson (Shelley), Michael Wilson (Pamela); Kristopher White (Stephanie) and Dina Goddard (Matt). Great-Oma of Lauryn Wilson, Zach Wilson and Abigail Goddard. Dear sister of Jantina and predeceased by 9 brothers and sisters. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will take place at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, on Saturday, March 16th from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 2:30p.m. The family would like to thank the Ross Memorial Hospital Palliative Care Team, Volunteers, and PSW’s of Paramed for their compassionate care. If desired, a memorial donation to Coboconk Horticulture Society would be appreciated by the family.
