Allan Imrie peacefully passed away at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Friday, November 11, 2022 with his wife, Marion, and daughter, Allison, by his side. Predeceased by his parents, Alec Imrie and May (Leonard). Survived by his siblings Bob (Joan) and Heather (Kurt Bagnell) and his three children Andrew (Kim), Allison (Matt Glavin) and Colin (Jess). Proud grandfather of Emma, William, and Maddy. Fondly remembered by his many cousins, nieces and nephews. With a teasing nature and the love of telling a good joke, Allan shared many laughs with family and friends. His love of driving and sense of adventure led to many trips down the back roads of North America and Australia. Community minded, he volunteered with Community Care for sixteen years. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 21st at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay starting at 10:00am with a service at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Community Care Kawartha Lakes or Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation – Dialysis Unit or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
