Lui Lozinsek immigrated to Canada in 1961, made his way to Lindsay in 1970 and became the owner of Lindsay Aluminum and the Cambridge Restaurant. Lui was fond of gardening and loved the opportunity to speak with his customers. Lui passed away peacefully at Caressent Care Mary Street, Lindsay on Saturday October 22, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Lozinsek (nee Zver). Step father of Boris and his wife Shannon Zver. Proud grandfather of Adrian, Neve and Olivia.  Survived by sister-in-law Matilda and her late husband the late Ignaz Hamer. Lui will be missed by his extended family and friends.  A funeral service will be held at Mackey Funeral Home on Saturday October 29th at 10:30 am with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay. If desired, memorial donations to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation may be made by cheque at the funeral home or online.  Special thank-you to the staff at Caressant Care Mary Street for the care and compassion he received during his time there.
