Barbara Katheleen Gunther (née Mason) died peacefully July 13, 2022 at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Gunther, and Franklin Michaels, she is survived by her children, Sharon Robbins (Mark), Noreen Goodliff (Randy), daughter in law Irena Aagaard-Svendsen (Knud) and predeceased by her son, Randy Michaels. Survived by grandchildren, Nancy Aagaard-Svendsen, Sean Kelly (Tanya), Jessica Bobo (Travis), Ian Robbins (Jasmine), Matthew Robbins, Nathan Robbins, great grandchildren Mikael Aagaard-Svendsen, Lila Kelly and Seamus Kelly, nephew Garry and nieces Louise and Cheryl. Many thanks to the many dedicated staff at Lakelands Village and to the doctors, nurses and caregivers at Ross Memorial Hospital for the kindness and compassion shown to Barbara and her family. Visitation will take place at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Monday, July 18th, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00 am.
