Phillips Beverley Joyce - Passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital on August 31, 2019 in her 78th year. Though it is sad to see her go, it is comforting to know that after 30 some odd years, Bev will finally get to once again lie beside her one true love, her husband John. Together, the two of them side by side in his crematorial condo. Fly away together in the heavens Bev and John. For those of us who remain behind, we will be alright, knowing that the two of you are one, once again, and now for ever. Bev was the beloved mother of Christopher and Julie Phillips. She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Ivy Alphey and sisters Thelma McLean and Jackie Ball. Lovingly remembered by her sisters Fran Armstrong and Arlene Williams (Brian) and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Peterborough Regional Health Centre and Toronto General Hospital for all of the care and attention that were given to Bev during her illness. If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation. A Celebration of Bev’s Life will be held at a later date.
