Obituary for Beverly Ann Maslen (Campbell)

Maslen, Beverly (née Campbell) - On April 2nd Beverley Ann Maslen RN, in her 92nd year, passed away peacefully, with dignity and with family by her side at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay ON. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Maslen. Cherished mother of Mark (Ann), Tim (Dale) and Ann (Gary). Loving Nana to Stuart, Jamie, Lucas, Andrea, Ryan, Jeff, Stephen and Joshua. Great Nana to Tyce and Allyssa. Survived by her sister Barbara Calhoun (Ed), brothers-in-law John (Anne) and Lindy (Dale) as well as many nieces and nephews. Beverley was born and raised in Toronto and graduated from Nursing at Women’s College Hospital. She and Bill were married in 1952 and lived in several towns throughout Ontario during their life together. They spent many happy holidays and winters in Fort Pierce Fla. and loved their summers at their camp on Birch Lake near Espanola. Beverley spent her last few years at Adelaide Place in Lindsay. The family wishes to than the staff of Adelaide Place, Ross Memorial Hospital and Bayshore Home Health for the wonderful care they provided during Mom’s last years. A celebration of life will be held when circumstances permit. If desired, a memorial donation to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation/ hospitalists would be appreciated by the family.
