At the age of 92, Calvin Coolidge peacefully entered into rest on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay. Until the last couple of years, Calvin, with his wife Carolyn, operated their farm in Woodville, Ontario. His love for Jesus, animals, and nature was passed on to his children, John (Brenda), Judy, and James (Catherine). His grandchildren, Nathanael, Chantelle, Jessica (Joel), Katelyn, and Allycia enjoyed their times at the farm, and shared in his love. Calvin’s family will cherish the fond memories of his strength, courage, playfulness, and unconditional love. Visitation will be held at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Saturday, April 15, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. A brief reception will follow at the funeral home. A committal will be held afterward at Smith’s Cemetery, 72 Windmere Road, Woodville.
