David Michael Ashton December 10, 1942 - July 27, 2023. 

“Sailing the world for 11 years with the British Merchant Marines”.

It is with a heavy heart, I announce the passing of my husband, David Michael Ashton, of Lindsay, Ontario. David leaves behind his wife, Beverly Anne, sister Anne (Peter) & their sons Ian and Andrew and their families. David’s sons Trevor (Emma) and Jason (Brenda) also his grandson Teague.  David will be missed by his shipmates and friends in the British Merchant Marines, Ford Canada friends and people he has met along the way.   Graveside service at Riverside Cemetery Saturday, September 9th at 11:30 am, reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to British Merchant Marines, British Lifeboat Institution or Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes
