It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Devan Stiner on December 17, 2020, in his 28th year. Devan will be greatly missed by his parents Linda (Kris) and David (Sherry). He will be forever missed by his sister Avery and brother Hayden. Devan will be remembered and deeply missed by his Auntie Lisa (Ed). He will be fondly remembered by his grandparents and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
