To the children of Earl and Marion Thurston and their families. We were all saddened to hear about your dad's passing. He was an incredible human being who worked so hard and never had a harsh word to say about anyone. The amount of volunteer time that he and your mom gave to many organizations and in particular to A Place Called Home was amazing. We all loved them and will forever miss them. Lorrie Polito

We are so sorry to learn of Earl's passing. We have such fond childhood memories of our farm neighbors. Mom and Dad (Jean and Earl) were so grateful for the the many years of supportive friendship they shared with your parents. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. David (Donna) Endicott, Carol Anne (Brian) Doughty, Elaine (Duane) Endicott

So sorry for your loss. My Dad - (Reed) and Earl went to school together and Earl kept in touch with Dad when Dad was in a nursing home. I also remember him from my Sunday School days at Queen St. United Church. Rest in Peace. Debbie (Clarke) Cowling
