Our deepest sympathy to the Thurston family at the passing of Earl. Many memories of Marion & Earl from Queen St. Church, as well as their time on the old Endicott farm. A great contributor to the community and a very kind man. He will be greatly missed.

In the late 1970s and early 1980s, I was a member of New Jerusalem, a singing group from Cannington. Earl successfully piloted us to Kentucky in 1978 and to Florida and back in 1981. He was always in good spirits which I'm sure was not always easy when dealing with a bus load of teenagers! The attached picture taken at the Kentucky Horse Park in 1981 demonstrates why we all loved and appreciated Earl. Rest easy my friend!

To the family of Earl and Marion Thurston. We were saddened to read of Earl’s death.
Our condolences to all of you.
We were privileged to know Earl and Marion through our mutual association with Telecare. We spent many hours conversing at pot lucks, Christmas dinners and at the ‘office’ as we took over a shift. We ‘solved’ many world and local issues:)
Earl’s selfless dedication and his kindness to all people was an example to all of us. He left this world a better place.
God’s richest blessings to all of you.
