Harmes, Edith “Blossom” (née Goulding) – It is with great sadness that the family of Blossom announce her passing on Friday, August 12, 2022 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay, Ontario. Blossom at the age of 88, was the beloved wife of Paul Harmes and the late George Hollett (2014).  Loving Mom of Darrold (Pat) and Dana. Cherished Nanny of Jason (Mhel), Sasha (Draz), Russell (Jackie), Matthew (Rose), Camille (Paul) and Nicole. Great-Grandmother of Ciara, Kaden, Adrijana, Ryker and Romeo. Dear sister of Eddy, Joy, Ross and Gwen. Predeceased by several brothers and sisters. She will be missed by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends throughout Canada. A Celebration of Life will take place at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Monday, August 15, 2022, with a visitation from 1:00 until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2:00pm. Officiated by Reverend Lillian Brown. Following she will be laid to rest in Deer Lake, Newfoundland. If desired, a memorial donation to Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, Deer Lake would be appreciated by the family.
