Johnston, Doris Emma Alberta – Entered into rest at the Michael Garron Hospital, Toronto on Saturday, January 15, 2022 in her 92nd year. Doris will be dearly missed by her surviving sister Lois Kostur (Wally). Predeceased by her sisters Isabel Johnston, Lena McLean (Norman), Murella Johns (Ted), Margaret Kritzer (Norman), and brothers Clare, Alvin (Mary), Wray (Olive), and Maurice (Ona). Predeceased by her parents Alvin and Mildred, and her partner “Jack” John Robertson. A sincere thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, and palliative care staff for the wonderful care provided. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 22nd at 11:00a.m. at Riverside Cemetery, 347 Lindsay Street South, Lindsay. If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army, Lindsay would be appreciated by the family.
