GORDON HARRY WILLIAM TRAILL
February 17, 1937 – May 21, 2021
Gordon passed away peacefully on Friday, May 21st at the age of 84 at Victoria Manor in Lindsay, ON. Loved son of the late Gordon & Kathleen Traill. Dear brother who will be greatly missed by his sisters Barbara Caterer (the late Ronald) Kathleen Hadden (Doug), Anne Brewing (Ron), Mary Gail Suckling (Stuart), Debra Edgerton (Dan Cannon) and brother Donald Traill. Also will be fondly remembered by 24 nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Carol Kay and Jessie Bickle (Ken). Gordy worked for Loblaws for 28 years before taking early retirement to his Hobby Farm in Omemee. Additionally, he enjoyed his cottage property on Pigeon River which he purchased and built as a young man. He did volunteer work with Christ Church, Omemee & Meals on Wheels. Special thanks to all his caregivers at Ross Memorial Hospital & Extendicare Lakeland Village over the past few years. Funeral service will be held with siblings only, unfortunately, due to pandemic restrictions. Donations can be made to Christ Church Omemee or a Charity of your choice.
