Irene Carmen Somerville (nee Batko) – Passed away on Friday November 11th, 2022 at Victoria Manor, Lindsay. Beloved wife of Peter Somerville. Cherished Mother of Michael (Kimberley) and Renee (Jeff) and Grandmother of Chase, Chandler, Cadell, Rehese, Isaac, Owen, Kendra & Adelyn. Sister to Peter Batko and Inita Rivadeneyra. Sadly missed by sister-in-law Donnece (Hans). Auntie to Karyn, John, Evan, Fiona, Daniel, Hector and Irene. Predeceased by her Mother and Father and sister Krysia Japp (nee Batko). Visitation will take place at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Saturday November 19th, 2022 from 10:00am until time of service at 11:00am. There will be a reception to follow at the family home. Interment will take place at Highland Memory Gardens at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
