Obituary for Jean Hunter
HUNTER, Jane “Jean” (nee McClurkin) passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London on Sunday, April 30, 2023 in her 98th year. Jean joins her husband William (Bill) Hunter in heavenly paradise. She will be deeply missed by her children, Maureen (Frank), Lynn (Jim), Greg (Shelley), her 5 grandchildren, Darcey (Adam), Frank (Tanya), Matthew, Tara (Matt), Nick (Kelsey) and her 5 great-grandchildren. Special thanks to Arbor Trace for their care for Jean over the last years. Funeral service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Lindsay on Monday, May 8, 2023 at 1:00pm with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of condolence are welcomed through donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated.
