Jeannette Friend, the beloved wife of Sietze de Jong for 63 years. Loving Mother of Henry and Diana de Jong, Norma Jeanne and Ron Hartrick, Marion Ross and Doug Evans and Sherrylynn Edwards. Cherished Oma of Karrielee and Casey White, Steven Hartrick, Amy McIsaac, Sharon and John Mitchell, Jacqueline and Mark Vaxevanis and Christianna and Matt Ross also Great-Oma of Tyler, Michael, Natalee, Jordan, Jayden, Isabelle, Orion, Aurora and and twins Declin and Griffin. Dear sister of Rina Moore, Bill Friend, Norm Friend, Frank Friend, Evelina Bassie, Jack Friend, Peter Friend and predeceased by parents Norman Friend and his wife Jannetje and sisters Nellie deKok and Margaret Stuffles. Family and friends are invited to attend Fairview Baptist Church, 103 Colborne Street West, Lindsay on Monday, October 28th from 10:00 am until time of service at the church at 11:00 am.
