FRIEDBACHER, JOHN (JOHANN) - Passed away peacefully in Ross Memorial Hospital on December 23, 2018 at the age of 94. John was born on March 2, 1924 in Weiner Neustadt Austria and immigrated to Canada in the early 1950's. Predeceased by his loving wife Helen, John was the loving father of Krista (David) and John (Donna). He will by sadly missed by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a few special friends. John was an avid hunter and enjoyed many years at his cottage enjoying the outdoors. He passed many hours playing chess and completing jig saw puzzles. A celebration of life will be held by the family at a later date. Rest in peace Opapa and say hello to Mutti.
