Kirk, John William – It is with great sadness that the Kirk family announces John’s passing, with his wife by his side, at the Ross Memorial Hospital on Monday, April 13, 2020. John at the age of 75, is the beloved husband of Noreen Kirk (Fera). Loving father of Michael (Shannon) and Nadine (Richard). Cherished grandfather of Shamas, Adley, Teagan and Jack. Son of the late Jack and Babe Kirk. Dear stepson of Judith, brother of Marylou, Rosemary (Joe), the late Paul (Maggie), Betty-Anne (Ray), Kathy (Jay), Mike (Janice), and predeceased by sister-in-law Ella. He will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Long time member of Summit G&CC, and various barbershop choruses, the retired BMO Executive lived life to its fullest. In keeping with John’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank the amazing team of health care professionals including those at St. Michael’s Hospital, Peterborough Regional Health Centre and finally the doctors and nursing staff at Ross Memorial Hospital.
