Thompson, June Bernice (née Ashman) - Entered into rest at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Wednesday, March 13th in her 89th year. Dearly beloved and devoted wife of the late Doug for 66 wonderful years. Cherished and loved mother of Steven (predeceased 2007), Paul and his wife Elizabeth Thompson, and Susan and her Husband Paul Mason. A proud and devoted grandmother to her 10 grandchildren. Doug and June founded Thompson Fuels in Lindsay in 1963. In keeping with June's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. If desired, memorial donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated by the family, and may be made at the Mackey Funeral Home via cheque, or online at www.mackeys.ca
