Emilia Sugden-Blanco May 29, 2017-March 18, 2022
~Because God needed you somewhere else~

On March 18, 2022, surrounded by those that loved her most, Emilia passed away at the age of 4 ½. Precious beloved daughter of Gillian and James.  Very special little friend of Heather Finn.  Emilia is survived by her father Jose Blanco and predeceased by her mother Errin Sugden (2018).  Emilia came into this world early with such determination to fight the odds against her.  She was loved unconditionally and brought so much joy to those around her. 

A private family service will be held at Mackey Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 23, 2022.  On Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 1:00 pm, a Celebration of Emilia’s Life with take place at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay St. N., Lindsay.  Friends and family are invited to come and join in the celebration of Emilia’s life.   

A very special thank you goes to Dr. Hardy-Brown, Dr. D’Alessandro, Shelley Hermer and all the amazing nurses of A6 for their care and compassion in taking care of our Emilia over the past 4 ½ years. 

If desired, memorial donations made to PRHC - Pediatric Floor in Emilia’s name would be appreciated by the family.
