Lionel Doan entered into rest suddenly on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the age of 85 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay. Lionel loved and enjoyed the Kawartha Lakes for many years, where he and his wife Claudia lived.  Dear father of Jim Doan, Laura Vella and Steven (Sharon) Doan.  Cherished grandfather of Sarah (Greg), James (Amanda) and Aubrey (Nadine); Robyn and Stephanie; Lionel and Nicholas; also great grandchildren Diego, Delilah, Oaklen, Elliana, Myah, Jackson, Elycia, Blake, Bella and Lawson. Visitation will be held at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 from 12:00pm until time of funeral in the chapel at 1:00pm. Cremation to follow.
