Simpson, Lori (née Hutchinson) - It is with deep sorrow, sadness and disbelief that Lori’s family announces her peaceful passing after a valiant fight with liver disease. She succumbed to the disease in the early morning of Monday, May 23, 2022 at the age of 42. Loving wife of Chris Simpson, cherished daughter of Doug and Bev Hutchinson and dear sister of Paul Hutchinson (Kerri) and Peter Hutchinson (Brenda) and daughter-in-law of Rick and Georgina Simpson and sister-in-law of Greg Simpson, loving aunt of Joey, Clara and Daniel.

Lori remained positive and was at peace to the very end and never gave up, she handled her diagnosis with grace and dignity. She is in a better place now and is glancing down as she dances in all of God’s glory.  

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 3rd at Celebrations, 35 Lindsay Street North, Lindsay  from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 noon. Reception to follow. If desired, memorial donations to the UHN Foundation – Liver Transplant would be appreciated by the family.
