Obituary for Margaret Varney Cannon (Spicer)

Cannon, Margaret – Passed away on Tuesday, June 25th with family and friends by her side at the age of 67. Margaret is the beloved wife of Leo Cannon in their 47th year of marriage. Loving mother of Jason Cannon (Tara) and Kevin Cannon. Cherished Gramma of Alexis, Delainey, Liam, Brianna, Ryland, Dane, Graceyn and Harlyn. Great-Gramma of Ian. Dear sister of Bill Spicer. She will especially by remembered by Courtney Baumgartner, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. As per Margaret’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Valentia Church, 106 Elm Tree Road, Little Britain from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. If desired, a memorial donation to the Alzheimer’s Society of Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated by the family. Donations and condolences can be made at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay or online at www.mackeys.ca
