Obituary for Margaret Heatlie
Margaret Jane Heatlie entered into rest Friday, October 27, 2023 at the Ross Memorial Hospital where she was a labour and delivery nurse for 43 years. Margaret Brandon, beloved wife of Donald Heatlie for 64 years. Loved mother of Shelagh Heatlie, Tim (Cicely) Heatlie and Joanne (Bernard) Demers. Cherished grandmother of Josee (Tristan), Gabrielle and step grandmother of Genevieve Evelyn. Marg is fondly remembered by her brothers John Brandon (Sue) and Terry Brandon (Bev) and sister-in-law Pat Brandon. Predeceased by her parents Andrew Brandon and Marguerite Hogan and sister-in-law Marie (Terry) Doidge. A special thank you to Dr. Stone for his many years of exemplary care of Marg. Visitation will be held at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Thursday, November 2nd from 12:00pm until time of service in the chapel at 1:00pm. Reception to follow.
