Marilyn Margaret Doyle, age 78, passed away with her family by her side at Ross Memorial Hospital on Monday, February 13, 2023. Beloved wife of the late David Doyle. Loving mother of Gary and his wife Kellie, Richard and his wife Lisa, Barbara and Bryan. Cherished grandmother of Brennan, Kaite, Elizabeth, Christopher, Laura Jean, Mikell, Grace, Drew, Laura Anne, Ben, Jayden, Rayah, and Brooke and Great-Grandma to Gino, Angelina, Harlow, Ivy, Lily, Rose, David, Elias and Elowyn. Dear sister of Barry (Susan) Reynolds and aunt to so many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the neighbours and friends in Marilyn’s community at Glenway Village in Dunsford. Marilyn will be most remembered for her great kindness in her dedication to animals, her love of a good game of Scrabble, the joy she had in tending her ever-expanding gardens, her years in business, her need for coffee, her abundance of Christmas decorations and her ability to track down just the most randomly thoughtful item to suit each family member. Following cremation, a private family gathering will be held in June. Donations may be made to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes in lieu of flowers.
