Mervyn Whitehead ~ Passed away peacefully January 5, 2021, in his 91st year, with family by his side.
Loving husband of the late Norma (Lockhart) Whitehead and loving father to Donna (Dan), Gary (Maria), Kim (Kevin), predeceased Debbie and Michelle (Greg). Loving Poppa to 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He loved hockey and spent many years coaching, managing and refereeing, as well as being Past-President and a life time member of Brampton Minor Hockey. He was a long standing member of Brampton Lions Club volunteering his time to many great causes. He was an avid gardener maintaining beautiful gardens at home, cottage and church. He spent his retirement years in Fenelon Falls at the family cottage, a place near and dear to his heart since the age of five. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, his many friends and neighbours.
