Michael "Mike" Garbutt entered into rest peacefully on Wednesday November 27, 2019 with his parents at his side. Michael at the age of 29 is the loving son of Lynn and Jim Garbutt. Cherished brother of Erin and her husband Mike McLinton. Uncle of Genevieve and Olivia McLinton. Dear nephew to Steve Thurston and wife Kathy, Karen Plume and husband Morley. Michael will be missed by his grandfather Grant Thurston, the Thurston and Garbutt families, and his many friends, neighbours and members of the Dunsford community. Predeceased by his brother Bryan and grandparents Joyce Thurston and Norman and Thelma Garbutt. A graveside service will take place Saturday at Dunsford Cemetery at 11:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to call at Dunsford Community Centre on Saturday December 7th from 12 until time of the celebration service at 1:00 pm, reception to follow.
