KENT, Muriel Gertrude - entered into rest at Caressant Care on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 in her 92nd year. Muriel McGregor was the beloved wife of the late James Kent. Dear mother of Larry (Eleanor), Kathryn (Tom Luke), Judith (Brian Neale), Tom (Cheryl), Nancy, Jennifer (Ed VandenTillaart). Loved grandmother of John and Nathan Kent, Sheryl Lynn Luke and Kimberley Bastos, Kent and Ashley Neale, Ryan and Geoffrey Kent, Jacob, Casey and Zachary Paul and Matthew and David Kelly. Muriel was the proud great grandmother to 23 “greats”. Muriel was the dear sister of six brothers and two sisters, all predeceased. Lovingly survived by two sisters in law, Diane and Barbara McGregor.  Muriel Kent will be resting at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Monday, September 18th from 2:00pm - 5:00pm, as well as at St. Paul's Anglican Church, 45 Russell Street West, Lindsay on Tuesday, September 19th from 10:30am until the time of the funeral service at 11:30am. Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay. Memorial donations to St Paul’s Anglican Church Lindsay, The Canadian Cancer Society or SickKids Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
