MORRIS (RUTTER), Ruth (nee Rahm)

Was Promoted to Glory at Huntsville Algonquin Grace Hospice the afternoon of February 26th, 2022 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of Ted Morris and Stewart Rutter (deceased). Cherished mother of Donald (deceased) (Cathy), Cheryl (Richard) and Stephen (Margaret). Step-Mother to Debbie (Tim), Richard (Kathy), Bonnie (John) and Jennifer (Joe). Grandmother to Michael, David, Sarah (Greg), Benjamin and Nicole. Step-Grandmother to Jason (Megan), Kayla (Daniel), Matthew (Anne) Joshua (Christina), Courtney (Marcel), Heather (Dylan) and Hayden. Great Grandmother to James Thompson. Step-Great Grandmother to Maddox and Rowan, Logan and Juno, Mackenzie and Mary Anne, Eliana and Kiva.

The family wishes to thank the Nurses and Care Givers who came into the home daily to provide care to Ruth and Ted, the Nurses and Care Givers at Hospice Huntsville who took care of her and helped her pass peacefully. A special thanks to Kathy Morris (Step-daughter) who worked tirelessly to keep her home for as long as possible.

If desired, memorial donations to The Salvation Army as well as Hospice Huntsville would be appreciated by the family.

A funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army, 51 Eglington Street, Lindsay on Friday, March 4th beginning at 1:00p.m. with interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
