Obituary for Peggy Faiers
On Monday, April 27th 2020, Peggy Ann Faiers, loving and devoted mother of one, passed away at the age of 58. Peggy was born on December 2nd, 1961 in Peterborough, Ontario to Robert and Pauline (Hotts) Faiers. Upon moving to Georgetown, Peggy became a very important part of the community, where she raised her beautiful daughter, Stacey Lynn. Peggy had a passion for helping people, no matter what they needed. She would always go above and beyond for friends, family and even strangers if she could.
She had an extremely positive influence on everyone she encountered, and touched many hearts.
She was known for her relentless positivity and compassionate spirit, her infectious laugh, and her interest in all aspects of what was happening in your life. Peggy was preceded in death by her father Robert. She is survived by her best friend and life time partner Dave Patton, beloved daughter Stacey Patton & her husband Tom Rodie, Mother Pauline, Sisters Charlene, Cindy and Lorrie, two nieces and a nephew.
A private funeral is to be held on Friday May 1st, 2020, at Emily Cemetery in Omemee. A public celebration of life to be held in Georgetown at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the St Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener.
