ALGER, Tim – Entered into rest peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital after a brief battle with cancer on his 64th birthday, August 10th 2022. 

Tim was the loving father of Kristen (Stewart), Jay (Erin) and step-father to Brittney. Cherished grandpa to Avery, Alex, Cale, Ella and Finn. Survived by his siblings Norma Strong (the late Jim), Jim Alger (Arlene), Doris English, Liz West (Ron). Predeceased by his parents Charles and Frances Alger and his brothers Philip and Stan. Tim will be greatly missed by Sherri Alger, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. In keeping with Tim’s wishes cremation  has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. If desired, a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and may be made via cheque at Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay or online at www.mackeys.ca
