Obituary for Rick Cooper

COOPER, Richard Charles - Passed away at his home in Woodville on Wednesday, July 18, 2019 at the age of 57. Predeceased by his parents Ralph and Marjorie Cooper. Brother of Edward Cooper and Holly Cooper (Paul McKay). Fondly remembered by his niece Brooke McKay and nephew Eric McKay. In keeping with Rick's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. The family will be having a Celebration of Life at a later date, details to come. If desired, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay. www.mackeys.ca (705-328-2721)

Sorry to hear this sad news - I had the pleasure of driving Rick to some medical appointments. He loved to talk and made the trips interesting. We even found his re-located favourite pita shop in Oshawa. RIP Rick.

Sorry to hear of Rick's passing. Rick was an entertaining guy spending many hours at our home in his teen years. He always made us laugh with his silly antics. I remember my mom would always buy peanut butter for him. Fondly remembered by the Oxley Family.
