We are saddened to announce the passing of Robert “Bob” Gordon Williams. Bob passed away suddenly and peacefully on March 29, 2023 at the age of 71. 

Bob retired from the City of Mississauga after over 35 years. In life and his retirement Bob enjoyed time spent with his loving wife, family and friends. He was a sport enthusiast, including hockey, baseball, golf and most recently curling. He volunteered countless hours, served on many Boards and Committees and dedicated himself to his passions.  Bob was loved by all and brought joy to everyone who knew him.

 He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Williams, his children, Karly Morey (Shawn) and Devon Watson (John), his stepchildren, Kyle Walkinshaw (Liv) and Erin Kelley (Matthew), and his eight grandchildren - Rylee, Carter, Shae, Chase, Charlize, Brooks, Kinley and Lilah. 

 He will be greatly missed by his many friends and extended family.
 

Friends are welcome to join the family at Mackey Celebrations, 35 Lindsay St. N, Lindsay, ON K9V 1T3 on Wednesday, April 5th. A visitation will be held between 11am and 1pm, with a service held from 1pm to 3pm. 
 

A drop in reception will follow at Lindsay Golf and Country Club, 282 Lindsay St. S, Lindsay, ON K9V 4R5 between 3:30 and 5:30pm.
