Ronald Down ~ Entered into rest peacefully at the age of 85 on Monday, May 24, 2022, surrounded by family at Sunnybrook Medical Centre, Veterans Wing. Ron was the beloved husband and best friend of Shirley Joyce Down for 57 years. Proud father of son Jeff Down and daughter Andrea Down. Cherished by his grandkids Olivia and Matthew Panjehali. Predeceased by his two sisters and two brothers. Ron will be greatly missed by his dear friend Norm Goodspeed and the many other new friends he made in Uxbridge. 

A Celebration of Life for Ron will be held at the Uxbridge Legion on Thursday, June 16, at 1 p.m. All are welcome to attend. If desired, memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion of your choice.
