Sweetman, Shirley ~ Born in Hamilton, Ontario to Walter and Amy Turner on the sixth of March, 1930. Shirley passed away on the twentieth of April, 2019 after a battle with Crohns Disease for over 65 years. She fought the disease valiantly and gracefully and lived a full life. In her 90th year, she relinquished life peacefully. She leaves behind her grieving husband of 67 years, Donald, her son Barry, and her grandson Benjamin Sweetman. She is predeceased by her son Major Walter Sweetman (1994, Sea King helicopter failure) in the service of his country. She instructed that there be no funeral. Please remember her as you knew her.
