Terrance Ross Teal, in his 68th year passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. Terry was born in Cobourg on May 5, 1951 to Russell and Helen Teal. Loving partner to Cathie Hawery, father to Brad (Janette), Allison (Bob), Steve (Beth), and stepfather to Jodie (Gerald), and Shane (Tara). Grandpa Terry was adored by his loving grandchildren, Jaxson, Lauren, Carter, Logan, Quintin, Griffin, Oliver, Miller and Estella. His life’s passion was building – having built houses, schools, curling clubs, cottages and many other structures throughout southern Ontario and the Kawarthas. His adventurous spirit led him to enjoy all that nature has to offer, from canoeing and camping to skiing some of the greatest peaks in North America. Terry loved to go “on tour” and a friendly hello would often turn into sharing stories for hours. Terry truly was a master of all trades and he will forever be remembered as one of a kind.
