Dear Lindy,
We can't begin to thank you (also Bradley, Alison, Kimberley and all of you) for what you did for us during the planning of Dad's services, both in the chapel and at the cemetery. We were entirely please with everything - the visitation rooms, the caterer recommendation (we had all sorts of lovely comments about the reception), and the helpfulness of the staff. So different from what we have experienced in the city, and so much better.
It can't always be easy to be both warm and professional. But all of you have succeeded in doing so - with kindness and compassion. We felt supported from our first phone call to you the day Dad died. By the end of our time with you, I wanted to come out of retirement and ask if I could work there.
We understand you and your group also enjoy a lot of time together outside of work - we heard about the axe throwing, the amazing race, the escape room ... and, or course, the curling. We also heard what a great boss you are and how much your staff appreciate you. Thank you again.
