Bartley, Fern Lottie (née Sloan) – Entered into rest suddenly, but peacefully at home with her husband by her side, on Sunday, September 18th in her 85th year. Fern was the beloved wife of Ken Bartley in their 68th year of marriage and cherished mother of Cindy Fraser (Herb), Sherry Squires (Ken), Ilene Arsenault (Joe), Kenny Bartley (Krista) and Tom Bartley (Andrea). She was the dear grandmother of 17, great grandmother of 24 and great-great grandmother of 1. Fern is now in heaven with her 11 brothers and sisters and her 4 infant children. Visitation will be held at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Wednesday, September 21st from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, September 22nd from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Pentecostal Church, 125 Victoria Ave. N. Lindsay. Following the service there will be an interment at Bethel United Cemetery, Greenbank.
