At first glance one might not have approached Orin without reservation. But as soon as he smiled it was clear that this man was full of life and much joy, contrary to a very hard life he lived. He gave of himself without restraint or reservation.

Everything Orin did he did it to the best of his ability and he did it in high speed. Our conversations never were about the weather, it went to the deep things of life. He talked about family, he talked about lifes trials, he talked about his mistakes and how he would never walk those roads agian, he talked about his love and respect for his friends, and he talked about God. He had questions about God from my first meeting with him. I believe Orin's concerns were answered and he made peace and reconciled with his Father in heaven. Not a moment too late.

Orin, I will miss our weekly talks, I thank you for all your help with building our house, I thank you for being a good friend to my family and becoming apart of it. We were more than honoured to have been part of your life. I am so glad we had the privlege of meeting you. And most of all, I am so glad I will see you again in Eternity.
